What I collect. When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company, and message.

Cookies and tracking. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Visit statistics. The site records aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, country, and device type. These statistics do not identify you.

Spam protection. The contact form checks for automated submissions within the site itself. No third-party service is involved.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

How I use it. Only to reply to your message and to continue a conversation you start. I do not sell or share your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

How long I keep it. Messages are kept in my business email for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Your choices. To ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted, email shipra@sourcetoai.com. I will respond within 30 days.

Changes. If this notice changes, the date above will change.
